The Concord PTA is dedicated to serving the students that attend Concord International Elementary School and all Concord families. Anyone that supports the work done by the Concord PTA can become a member. Only members can vote on PTA projects and funding priorities and elect the PTA Board. Members must renew their membership every year.
To become a member, ,
come to a community dinner, pick up a membership form in the school lobby, or visit us when “The PTA is IN” —

starts in the Concord lobby.
More About PTA Membership
The Concord PTA is part of larger organizations that support student success at the city, state, and national levels through our affiliation with the Seattle Council PTSA, Washington State PTA and the National PTA. These groups provide our PTA with a variety of resources, including training, leadership development, insurance, and grant opportunities.
- In 2011-12 the Concord PTA received an Applegate scholarship from Washington State PTA to offer positive discipline training to parents.
- In 2012-13 school year, the Seattle Council PTSA provided us with funding to offset the costs of attending the Washington State PTA’s annual leadership conference.
- Additionally, the Seattle Council PTSA is a strong advocate for family-friendly policies at Seattle Public Schools that increase community involvement and equity in services.
