2、 How to calculate rent

  (1) .The rental time is calculated based on the calendar days of tool use (excluding the day of round-trip transportation, with a minimum usage of 1 day);

  (2) . The value of the tool is based on the purchase price;

（3). The tool borrowing cycle must be determined before the tool is borrowed (in emergency situations, it can be borrowed first, and the cycle will be determined through consultation between both parties on the next working day). If the               borrowing period is extended due to work or other reasons, the borrower should contact the lender in advance and obtain consent before continuing to use.

（4).The borrowe r shall not lend the borrowed tools to a third party, unless authorized or entrusted in writing by the lender;

（5).The relevant expenses incurred during the tool borrowing process, such as round-trip freight, security inspection fees (if any), packaging fees (if any), will be borne by the borrower;

（6).The daily fee standard for tools is calculated based on the purchase price of the tools.
